Local processing

The global private beta processes and stores claim details in your browser. ClaimCalm does not receive those details unless you choose to send information by email or a future hosted feature clearly asks you to submit it.

Language drafting

The current beta creates claim wording in your browser from structured fields such as claim category, amount, date, evidence and requested resolution. It may show English, the selected interface language, or a bilingual draft. It does not use a third-party translator or AI service and does not send your text for translation. Original-language notes remain in browser storage unless you choose to email them.

Do not enter

• Full payment-card numbers
• Passwords or verification codes
• Government identity documents
• Unrelated sensitive information about another person

Browser storage

You can delete one claim or clear all local data inside the product. Clearing browser data may also remove saved claims.

Payments

Payments will be handled by an approved third-party checkout provider. ClaimCalm will not directly store payment-card data.

Changes

This notice will be updated before server storage, analytics, payments or any material change in data handling is enabled.
